All appointments are scheduled in advance with the physician or physician assistant by calling the Berkeley office at (510) 704-7760 from 8:30am to 5:00pm.  The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5.p.m., Monday through Friday.  The fax number is 510-704-7765. Appointments also available at the Orinda office at (925) 258-9571.

 Please have your insurance card available before calling our office.

On the day of your appointment you will be responsible for any co-payments or deductibles, please check your insurance card or booklet for further information of copayments.

New patients are always welcome

Our staff will be  pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to help you get an appointment with Dr. Eppley or Gaye DeRusso PA-C. We apologize if our schedule is full and you have to wait to get an appointment. Due to the unscheduled nature of emergencies, occasional delays in the appointment schedule do occur.  We hope you understand that these delays are unavoidable, and that in an emergency you would be extended the same consideration

If you have a medical question during regular office hours, please call our office.  Your questions will be answered by the Medical Assistant, Physician Assistant or Physician, as appropriate.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment or need to reschedule, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice, so we may give the appointment to another patient.
