Chika has extensive experience with worker’s compensation. Her duties include but not limited to communicating with patients and/or worksite liaisons / supervisors / nurse case managers/ claims adjusters, as appropriate, regarding information needed to process claims; e.g., medical documentation, return to work plans, responds to patient concerns such as completion of paperwork, claim status, authorization of doctor’s visits, authorization of surgery, and send forms as appropriate. 

She also communicates with attorneys, doctors, and other interested parties, as necessary, regarding claim related matters. Chika is also responsible for scheduling and organizing the information for QME’s.

Chika takes care of filling out and sending our patient’s disability forms to the appropriate parties.
