Deonne Flanigan, better known as Dee is a native of San Francisco, California. She graduated from the Medical Assistant program at Western Career College in San Leandro, California and continues her education pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Nursing.

With over seventeen years of medical experience ranging from being a Medical Secretary at Alta Bates Hospital, to being a medical assistant at Kaiser working in the Internal Medicine and Urgent Care departments and her work at the East Bay Aids Center, Dee joined Dr. Eppley in 2002. She has since worked tirelessly and with total commitment to aid Dr. Eppley in building a clinic where not only the physical, orthopedic patient issues are taken care of, but they are welcomed into a professional, warm and caring atmosphere the moment they enter the office.

She has continued to assist Dr. Eppley with such dedication that he was able to expand his practice to Orinda, California. As office manager, Dee maintains both locations and has aided in building a staff of over 20 full and part time employees that are as professional and caring as she is. Her personal commitment and dedication helps to make California Orthopedics’ the first choice of all those with orthopedic issues as well as for the doctors that refer them.

In her personal time, Dee takes pleasure in spending time with family, friends and her Toy Poodle, Prince.
